Position: Social Media Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Social Media Manager at Apple, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with Apple’s marketing goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage the daily operations of all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various platforms to engage and grow our audience.
- Monitor social media conversations, respond to queries, and manage the community to foster interaction and customer loyalty.
- Analyze performance metrics and use insights to inform future content strategies and ensure alignment with industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, PR, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and to identify opportunities for engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, technology, and marketing, and leverage this knowledge to innovate and enhance Apple’s social strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to refine strategies and enhance the effectiveness of our campaigns.
- Train and mentor junior staff, providing insights and guidance to build a strong social media team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Social Media Manager role will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
